Price are in HK dollars, price includes Canada Post First Class Mail to Hong Kong. Orders must be completed by auto-transfer to Ahbookids Hong Kong Bank Account.

所有價錢均以港元為單位,並已包括由加拿大以 Canada Post First Class將貨品寄到香港之郵費(特別註明除外)。 歡迎居住於香港以外和國內人仕訂購,價錢跟寄貨到香港相同,亦已包括由加拿大以 Canada Post First Class 將貨品寄到其他海外地址的郵費(個別地區除外),不用任何附加費。唯所有交易將以港幣進行,顧客需轉帳到香港匯豐銀行。

Shipping

Orders will be shipped by Canada Post First Class. Price includes Canada Post First Class Mail to Hong Kong. All of our products will be shipped within 7- 14 business days unless there is a lead time noted for a special order item or backordered. In the latter cases, we will notify you by phone or email to provide you with an estimated time of delivery. Canada Post First Class Mail does not included package tracking. If you would like your order to be sent by express with a tracking number, additional HK$150 will be added.

送貨方法

貨品將由加拿大以 Canada Post First Class 寄到顧客提供的地址,郵費己包括在標價內。一般情況下,顧客會於7至14個工作天內收到貨品。請注意,First-Class Mail不提供追蹤郵件服務,郵寄風險由顧客承擔。如要求郵寄掛號,須多加 HKD 150。特快速遞收費另議。如欲郵寄掛號或特快速遞,請結帳時於附加說明欄列明。

Ordering

購物流程

註冊成為會員-->登入-->選擇貨品/尺碼/數量-->結帳-->核對/更改送貨地址-->填寫附加說明欄(如有)-->確認訂單確認訂單後,顧客會從電郵收到該份訂單副本。在這階段,請勿付款。

Ahbookids確認所有訂購項目均有存貨後(約3至14天),會向顧客發一封付款通知書。付款通知書有時會被列作垃圾郵件(spam),故請顧客除了檢查收件箱(inbox),也要檢查雜件箱(spam tray)。為免電郵被列作垃圾郵件, Ahbookids建議顧客將 orders@ahbookids.com 加到電郵的聯絡人清單(address book)。

由發出付款通知書當天起,顧客須於3天內入帳到匯豐銀行指定戶口(號碼見付款通知書),並發電郵到 orders@ahbookids.com 提供下列資料: - 入帳日期: - 入帳金額: - 訂單號碼: Ｘ(務請提供上列3項資料,切勿只在電郵說:「ahbookids，我入左錢喇！」)Ｘ 如因特殊情況未能於3天內入帳,顧客請先行通知ahbookids。否則,由發出付款通知書當日起計3天後,顧客仍未入帳,該訂單將會自動取消,不作另行通知。 確認收款後, ahbookids會透過電郵知會顧客;貨品亦會於7-14個工作天內寄出,ahbookids會再以電郵通知顧客貨品寄出日期。

ahbookids wants you to be happy with your purchase. Our products are from shops and department stores in Vancouver, Canada. Colours might vary on different computer monitors. Sizes and measurements will be based on the shops'. Ahbookids do not refund nor exchange.
